| Integrated Leader Program™ Components
The Integrated Leader Program™ allows you to integrate and apply the Seven Secrets of Extraordinary Leaders™ to consistently get to the root of leadership challenges and opportunities you regularly face and handle them with greater clarity, focus, and ease. As a result, you’ll achieve and sustain desired results for yourself and your organization and show others how to lead through your example. The program has three components.
INTEGRATED LEADER PROGRAM MONTHLY WEBINARS
The Power Principles™ covered in the first monthly webinar will help you sidestep hidden traps and obstacles and act on effective solutions you may have otherwise missed. Each subsequent 90 minute webinar and leadership briefing will allow you to apply and anchor these principles to navigate through some of leaders’ most significant challenges and opportunities. Start with Track I beginning October 2008 through March 2009. See below for topics covered in the Integrated Leader Program.
The webinars are a mixture of lecture, discussion and hands-on problem solving. Prior to each month’s class, you’ll have an opportunity to submit your most significant challenges and opportunities related to each key focus area. These will be addressed in the body of each webinar. While participants are strongly encouraged to attend whenever possible, the classes will be recorded and made available for replay.
You will also be provided with a tool to periodically assess your progress toward mastering each of the five key focus areas and challenged to take steps to integrate and apply what you have learned in your daily work.

THE EXEMPLARY LEADER SERIES
Each month, an exemplary leader will be featured in a one hour interview distributed in an audio file. The goal of these conversations is to allow you to benefit first hand from the wisdom, insight and experiences of extraordinary leaders.
LEADERSHIP LABS
Quarterly hour long teleconferences will be scheduled to allow participants an opportunity to ask questions, share ideas and work through challenges related to the leadership themes explored in the previous months. These calls will also be recorded and made available for replay.
PROGRAM COMPONENTS
NEW! PRIVATE COACHING - On the first Wednesday of the month, beginning in November, you can call in for a pre-scheduled fifteen to twenty minute private laser coaching session. Use these sessions to get personalized attention and support to help you navigate through your specific challenges and opportunities and make a bigger impact as a leader.
